Cooking Engredients:
- 2 lbs of beef
- 2-1/4 cups of water
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Servings:
4 - 6
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice the beef in cubes. Beef adobo is usually sliced in 2×2 inch cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan and boil.
- Once it starts boiling, lower the heat and cook at medium heat for about an hour or until beef is tender.
- Add water if needed. Add salt if needed.
- Adjust taste.
